Our commitment
When we get something wrong, we fix it visibly. Trust built on a name like “Vetted” survives errors only if the correction process is faster and louder than the mistake.
How corrections work
Minor errors (typos, formatting, broken links) are fixed silently. Substantive errors (an incorrect fact, an outdated figure, a mischaracterized policy) are corrected in place with a dated correction note on the page. Material errors (anything that could reasonably have influenced a purchase decision) additionally receive an entry in the page’s change log and, where feasible, notification through our email list if the error was distributed there.
Reporting an error
Email hello@vettedbullion.com with the page URL and the issue. We acknowledge correction reports within five business days and state what we found and what we changed.
Review schedule
Corrections are one half of accuracy; scheduled review is the other. Stable facts are reviewed at least annually; dealer-specific and commercial content quarterly; regulatory content semi-annually and upon known legislative change. Review dates are displayed on each article.
